How to stop edge of Plasma::Dialog to Change

In general that sounds to me like a sub-optimal solution. I think we should try to get some window 
manager/compositor help into there. E.g. you would never be able to have your window above a 
combo box without proper WM help.

But we should discuss that seperately. Are you coming to DS?
