New add widget layout proposal

 If widget takes up to ~25-33% of screen width, it can slide-out of the
screen once the plasmoid is dragged outside the widegt (over desktop or
other panel) - so user has access to 100% screen.


Once plasmoid is dropped, the widget can slide-in back.


Please add preview sidebar/footer. Its close to impossible to pick right
plasmoid from the first time, especially with localized distribution. Same
icons are reused, and titles are not always accurately enough translated.
