okay, activity templates work now! :) go to 
workspace/plasma/desktop/shell/data/layouts/ to see the example :)

mario, any chance you could add in a GHNS button for the templates too? I'm 
sure people will want to create their own...
I'm not sure exactly where in the UI it belongs. maybe in the 'new activity' 
list filterbar creates, maybe beside it...
