i'd like to see KStatusNotifier add the ability to add flags to a notifier

and the plasmoid named by this hint is installed, the systemtray would use

this would give us 100% backwards and forwards compatible paths, handle the 
situation of the plasmoid not being there, handle the situation of running it 
in less capable environments (heh ;), while leaving the application in control 
of the data side and the system tray in control of the presentation.

i don't think it would be hard to do, but i'd like some consensus from e.g. 
marco.
