Actually a wontfix. Alt+Tab is just a normal window and appears on the active 
screen. It has to be that way since we have to support usecases like working 
with two screens, too. KRunner faces the same problem, but Alt+Tab at least is 
reliable (appears on the screen the currently focused application is on).

If it is not working correctly for you, please check your settings: there are 
settings on which screen new opened windows should be shown!

Which is also a wontfix. The issue is not related in center text alignment, 
but in the too long window title. We cannot do anything about applications 
which think that they have to put two absolute paths in the title. So with 
left aligned text it would be exactly the same as the title has still the same 
length.
Btw. it is possible to configure the text alignment for tabbox, there is just 
no UI for it. But the compact layout mode uses left aligned text.
