i suppose you are refering to resizeEvent? if so, it simply reserves enough 
space for one line of text below the icon and makes the icon size big enough 
to fill the rest.

you might be able to; try it? Ana was running into all kinds of "doesn't look 
quite right" problems when using Plasma::Icon, but the widget explorer code 
has changed quite a bit since then so maybe things are better now. give it a 
try.
