Plasmoids For Windows

keep in mind that MS Windows is still not an officially supported platform for 
Plasma Desktop .. that said, out of the three Plasmoids you list, only the 
system tray is not available for Windows in KDE SC 4.5. to make the system 
tray work, we'd need an implementation of the windows system tray (i have no 
idea what that would take). the system tray plasmoid uses the concept of 
Protocols as backends, so as long as alternate system trays are possible on MS 
Windows, the Plasmoid is ready for the necessary additions.
