for the plasmoid configuration interface you simply use "regular" QWidgets. 
you can include a Qt Designer file in your package called 
contents/ui/config.ui if you would like to use a designer based layout. 
otherwise, implement createConfigurationInterface and just add QWidgets to the 
passed in dialog.
