QtJolie and remote widgets

Well, also we still have *no* QtJolie release as I never found the time to put 
it in a releasable state (which I might be able to do in the next few days 
BTW).

Indeed, right now both branches only differ by some apidox and cmake-fu.

We can't have such a hard dep obviously so it'd have to be conditionally 
built.

Although I'm obviously fine, and willing, to keep maintaining QtJolie, I'm 
definitely not willing to invest time in the remote widgets support per say.
