rebooting the JJ Tasks page

hi :)

i've started a "reboot" of the junior jobs tasks page
 here:

	http://community.kde.org/Plasma/Tasks

when you come across easy to
accomplish tasks (features or bug fixes) that you aren't going to do
yourself, please add them to that page so we can build up a reasonable
 list.

let's also try and groom it every few weeks so it doesn't get filled with
 dead wood :)
