having plasmoid signing in plasmate is a good idea :)
"create and manage keys", though? that sounds like kgpg's job.
I would imagine that plasmate would have something like kmail, where you can
choose which key to use for signing, from your existing keys...
although, you might want to add something that makes it easy for people not so
familiar with gpg to get set up. so, hmm.
