Krunner screen edge snapping.

Hello

The new krunner position is great but one problem is, it can be moved off
screen too easy.

I think it would be a good idea to have it 'snap' to the left and right
corners of the screen(as it gets near to the edge), like Kwin has window
snapping. Widgets of course don't have snapping but automatically move away
from the edges if they're put off the screen edge. Krunner does non of these
things.

Good usability and makes sense?
