quick bug count update

hi all ...

thanks to everyone's efforts we are currently sitting at 400 defect reports 
and 41 in the crashers list. that's half the number on crasher reports when i 
first created that query some days ago!

and if you remember, 400 was the revised target for 4.3. it would be great to 
do even better, and there will surely be more reports rolling in as the rc 
circulates ... so i'll be sticking on this like a fly on a turd ;) .. but to 
everyone: good job thus far, and thanks for your help! :)
