How a script engine knows all plasmoid installed?

from applet.h (Plasma::Applet):

static KPluginInfo::List listAppletInfo(const QString &category = QString(),
							      const QString &parentApp = QString());

for 4.4, we could add a listAppetInfo(apiName, category, parentApp) method (or 
maybe call itlistPlasmoidInfo with a similar signature??) if that would be 
found helpful
