How do I get a patch into Plasma?

Hi all,

There's a bug that I found really annoying, so I went through the code, 
tracked down where it came through, and wrote a patch. I posted the patch on 
bugzilla one month ago:

However, no one ever responded.

About a week ago, I tried posting to the Review Board, but still no one 
provided any feedback:

I would really like to have this tiny, 2-line patch applied, but the tagging 
of KDE 4.3 is happening in just one week...

Could anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
