Jolie and Plasma.... and Akonadi?

Which would be built on top of the qt sodep lib I wrote... I'm wondering if 
maybe we'd want to:
 1) offer such classes in the aformentioned library
 2) put it in kdesupport

I somehow assumed this library would end up as some private classes in 
libplasma but perhaps it makes sense to even go for pure Qt API and for 
kdesupport to give it the chance for wider adoption? (actually that'd make 
sense for akonadi, depending how deep Jolie would be integrated, some parts of 
akonadi can't depend on kdelibs).
