FrameSvg corruption [a bit urgent]

The borders do have hint-stretch.

Maybe I'm sleepy too, but I don't :) I've stretched a FloderView to my whole 
screen and set the Air theme since it has a nice gradient background... and it 
still is a valid background. I would guess (if we were scaling pixmaps) that 
an overly large gradient wouldn't look so good.
