btw, some general input on the animation:
* it should probably be a little shorter. it feels a bit "slow" right now because of the time length.
* the selected tab probably shouldn't be drawn (or should fade in along with the icon movement?) until the icons are in place
otherwise, it is a pretty cute little thing indeed.
