for now we are limited to either one for all desktops or one per desktop, no 
subsets. aside from the fact that there is no windowmanager support for now i 
wonder if it wouldn't make things even more complex to the user, perhaps just 
needs a clever enough gui for that, hmm

it's what Plasma::Context is/will be for, an application would just need to 
link to it i suppose...
