wheel events no longer passed to the wallpaper?

Yes, I agree that this is a problem. But this was already the case in
KDE 4.3, so at least the users are used to that. I think that for
users who chose to use Mandelbrot, when they use the mouse wheel on
the wallpaper, they are more likely to want a zoom than a desktop
switch...
