New Mandelbrot wallpaper in playground, triggers some bugs

this isn't true anymore either; i've made it so that each pugin gets its own 
config group to play with. this lets plasma keep the config around without 
risking wallppers tromping on each other's toes in the config file. best of both 
worlds. yay.

p.s. you need to svn up both libplasma and plasma/shells/desktop/ ... i'm not 
overly happy about that latter bit, but it's not critical .. it's something 
that can be fixed later on as it's 100% internal code and not actually affecting 
anything right now
