New Mandelbrot wallpaper in playground, triggers some bugs

you probably need to svn up again; the wallpaper is getting a chance to save 
itself, so the config should only get lost/reset/etc now if the plugin itself 
is swapped out (e.g. change from color to mandelbrot)
