Semantics of zoming out with multiple monitors

yes, same thing...

using the activity switcher applet or the keyboard shortcut .. but what does 
that matter?

of course, but that's irrelevant. one day you'll be able to drag them to 
arbitrary positions for that matter.

in any case, i'm working on the coordinated view zooming right now. it's a 
little tricky since the code in there is doing a few things at once. i'm 
separating out the various tasks so it's a lot clearer. when i commit, i'll 
follow up again on this thread.
