[PATCH] update desktop wallpaper outside plasma

This is important functionality, but the approach taken in your patch is not 
correct. I don't blame you, though, as the design of Plasma makes the DBus 
part of it a bit of a mystery to most. ;)

This weekend I will sit down and write a document and put it in 
workspace/plasma/shells/desktop/dbus that explains what needs to get done for 
this to work properly.
