yes, that makes sense. or just "Next" .. "unread" is a detail and unecessary 
in the toolbar.

among which group of humans? asking my non-techy friends here if they follow 
any online feeds, they give me with that "you are such a geek, Aaron" look. 
"news" is a much more well known concept.

"feed" is a technical detail (that a website syndicats articles using a bunch 
of xml, aka a "feed"), whereas "news" or updates is what the user is actually 
trying to do.

that's why Firefox, for instance, just calls them "Latest Headlines" and the 
action is "Subscribe to this page".

if we want true success with average users we need to learn to stop thinking 
like techies when we use words and iconography that the user will see.
