libplasma in 4.2: binary compatibility and moving to kdelibs

Thinking again... maybe just move the ready bits? (e.g. I'm thinking of 
Plasma::Svg)

P.S. Personally I'm still looking for a better name for PanelSvg, it has 
already lead several times for confusion (people saying on IRC... "ok, but I 
don't want to create a panel..."). What about 9PiecesSvg? Or, let's look for 
a better name!
