libplasma in 4.2: binary compatibility and moving to kdelibs

We (me and joe burns) still need to do some work on those classes, but after 
Akademy we should have more clear ideas.
There is also some plasma specific code that has to be cleaned up, look for 
example in Package::installPackage.
