Folderview mimetype support (revisited)

I always try to avoid that kind of 'magical syntax' for a certain use case. 
So, probably we can forget about mixing excluding/including matches, and 
assuming we always want including matches.

However, I had another idea for the GUI, don't know if you think it would be 
good:

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
+ Pattern Filter* + File Type Filter +
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
+ [ No Pattern Filter ] v (combo box)                                      +
+ widget for the pattern filter shown depending on option being chosen     +
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

where * means that is the being shown tab at the moment. The options on this 
tab would be:

"No pattern filter"
"Only show files matching"
"Only show files not matching"

Almost the same with the "File Type Filter" tab.

What do you think ?
