The problem is, it isn't just Firefox, its lots of programs. Until the
majority of programs use the Downloads directory, as they should, there has
to be a way to make all downloads system wide go to the Downloads directory,
unless specified to go elsewhere. This would be a kludge, but might be
necessary.
