Hmm. Windows is actually inconsistent on their popup menus. If you click and hold on a Menu Bar, the menu will pop in, and releasing the mouse button will select the menu choice. Yet if you right-click and hold, the menu will NOT pop in. Curious. It works with application menus but not context menus.
