Wallpaper class; API review requested

hi all ...

in order to be able to get to Akademy with at least the basics of wallpaper 
plugins in place (so that we can make a wallpaper out of QEdje ;), Petri has 
roughed into place Wallpaper plugin support.

thanks, Petri! =)

the affected classes are Containment, with a setter and getter for the 
wallpaper and the new class Wallpaper.

API review is requested ... so, go get 'em! =)

p.s. i prefer doing API review first before putting something into svn, but 
with the Akademy timing issue i decided to get this in sooner.... apologies 
for cutting a corner here this time =)
