plasma documentation not visible

Hi,

Sebastian Kügler has written a documentation for plasma 
(kdebase/workspace/doc/plasma/index.docbook), but there is no desktop file
in kdebase/workspace/plasma and not in all kde main 
modules with an X-DocPath or other entries needed by khelpcenter to add the 
documentation to the navigator tree  and display it (recent trunk + stable).

So Joe User will never see this documentation, or do you expect he will 
enter "help://plasma" in krunner or konquerors location bar?

In khelpcenters navigation tree is a top level but empty entry "Applet 
Manual" (Url khelpcenter:applets) for the kde3 kicker applets , may be this 
the right place for the plasma documentation?

Btw there is do documentation in kdeplasma-addons, isn't there a general rule 
that every application in the kde main modules needs a documentation?
