[PATCHes] Documented Phonon-VLC code (doxygen stuff)

Hello,

I needed to learn the Phonon-VLC code, and it wasn't documented too much and
I worked on that.

There's nothing else except comments. There are Doxygen comments on almost
all the classes and most of the important methods, and some of the
attributes too. There's not much detail, because the source is right there,
anyway.

I think they could help one understand the code faster.

I've attached an archive with all the little commits (13) and a large diff
to include them all.
