Hallo alsaf and all,

The idea of a motor of sentences sound good.

I think my idea of dictation is other thing but it's possible use that also with sentences automatically generated.

Indeed, though now - in my modification - Dictation is a new mode of practice, I think in the future the dictation can be an option applicable for Written, MixedLetters, ExampleSentences practice modes making them in a monolanguage sense characterized by sound only questions and text solutions in the same language of question.
