setMinimumSize and resize

Hi,

If I do setMinimumSize and applet is smaller than minimum size set applet is 
resized but background svg is not (Seems that geometry.size() == 
beforeGeom.size() in setGeometry). This can be easily solved by calling 
resize first but maybe applet should take care of this?
