Nominating a creative director

Sorry, as this has been already pointed out by someone, what I'm
proposing is not going over tecnical problems by doing hacks and
implementing the mock at any cost.
It's also not a dictature =), I'm absolutely sure that pinheiro will
be more than willing to discuss his ideas, as he's always been, and
try to find solution to the obvious many technical problems, like he
always did.
It's just about that extra... bit. Like being the maintainer of the
visual identity. =)

And I really wanted to know if you guys agreed with this...
