[PATCH] oxygen look for kickoff usage bars

Hi,
this patch makes the disk usage bars of the Kickoff system menu drawn with 
qstyle, so now they appears as oxygen or whatever widget style.
i think it looks a little bit less out of place and as a bonus the code looks 
a little bit more simple.
as a drawback now the color is always the progressbar color (and not depends 
on the usage anymore) that looks a little bit less alien but it has somewhat 
less information
for qt-only styles would be pretty easy to colorize the progressbar by 
changing the palette, for kde styles can't think of a way atm but maybe it's 
possible.
but i think in this way it looks nicer.
