my mind had wandered off elsewhere. I was thinking about the plasma theme 
config and so on - it's in the same dialog, but it's supposed to get 
separated out eventually, right?

this changing-containment kinda seemed like a grey area, but... yeah, it does 
belong with the containment's config. it just... bugs me a little. 
partially 'cause my blank desktop in playground doesn't *have* a config 
dialog (I expect it'll be the only one to not have it, though).
