We know, we're working on it.

- If you add a widget, you'll have some widgets over others

What version are you using?  I don't get that behaviour.  And what steps exactly do you perform to place the widget on the panel?  eg: double-click in applet browser, or drag-and-drop...

Dragging from panel to desktop will come with the first point.  The other way has been implemented, I believe.

Please file separate bugs for separate issues.  This one can be about the second issue.
