* since when are icons colour themable?

* the difference between a widget style and a plasma theme is that widgets 
have standard look 'n feel with a lot of constraints put on them (e.g. colour 
scheme compliance).

* if we relieved widget designers from having to be arbitrarily colour 
themable, i'm sure they'd appreciate it. it's great to be colourizable, but 
honestly .. not all things are easily achievable with arbitrary colours.
