this is probably best. however, i don't think we should show both applets and 
containments together at the same time as that would make for a *really* big 
list of things. and in the case of adding a containment (Activity? ;), having 
the Add Widgets dialog associated with another containment is probably not 
great.

so .. yes to the browser window, but as a separate list.
