this probably comes down to which terminology one our users are most familiar 
with. i really don't know, but "Log out" Is all over the web these days so 
i'd bet that's the most commonly understood one.

as for the issue of having to confirm after kickoff, i think you're absolutely 
right that the one extra click is very much worth the safety.

as for having "reboot" in kickoff, i think it's a bit overkill as well. i 
honestly don't see why Reboot isn't in the Shutdown button's menu in the 
ksmserver dialog either (it probably just mimicked what we had before?

this would bring the ksmserver dialog down to just 2 options, with one of them 
being expandable (shutdown button)
