 Michael: thanks. i had ignored Dotan's comment precisely for the reasons you noted, it's nice to have someone step up and deal with it so that i didn't have to do so yet again.

 Dotan: please just move on. i've collaborated and communicated extensively on this particular topic. i may not have collaborated with you as an individual or some of the other people in this thread. i'm not exactly beholden to interact with everyone person who happens along though. in fact, there aren't enough hours in a day to do that if i wanted to. trying to hold me to such a standard is really unrealistic.

so, let's summarize the facts here so people don't have to get lost, as you did Dotan, in the amazing number of comments on this report:

some don't like the feature, others love it. thankfully for the former group, there are ways to make it go away already. (that's the point of containments) as a specific feature, it's a lot more refined than it was a few months ago.

that is the final resolution of this issue as per the maintainer of the project (that's me).
