This is my last comment on and in bug #154535. (To the relief of myself and probably all).

"Aaron wants to show you the vision by implementing it and he will do so.
If you don't like it, you will simply have to hope that you are not a
 minority."

Being "Not Aaron" doesn't make you a minority, it just makes you "Not Aaron". I suspect the majority of people are simply apathetic. I suspect there are a minority that like the cashew, or the future potential of the cashew. I suspect there's a larger minority that is slightly annoyed and silent, or annoyed and vocal. This suspicion is re-enforced by the rapid aggregation of votes for a closed wishlist item with no possibility of redress (and opinions expressed in other places).

On that note:
"No matter what or how or why, this bug-report is dead and dows not produce any
value but just annoy everybody connected to it."

More words 'here' won't help. Agreed. More votes probably won't either, BUT: growth in votes on a closed wishlist item with no possibility of redress within KDE proper is the only real method available to quantify displeasure (by comparison if nothing else). So even if you don't want to stir the pot do vote. While more words here won't help, speaking POLITELY, PUBLICLY, and with ALL DUE RESPECT shouldn't be discouraged by a project advertising under the mantra of "be free" (even said words are ultimately futile).

I'm done.
