Folderview mimetype support

Hi,

First of all, sorry... I am pretty busy with real life these days :(

I got some fresh news from the GUI redesign department. You can check out the 
new design at:

with patch http://media.ereslibre.es/2008/07/kdebase-apps.diff

Now, it is easier to find mimetypes on the list (apart from being 
alphabeticall sorted) you can also search on the list.

What I have to do now is to save everything to the config file, load it, and 
make it happen on the view itself.
