This has changed a bit in 4.0.98:
- The "Picture" combobox works as expected.
- The "Theme" combobox only shows this behavior when the list opens on the top side of the combobox, i.e. to reproduce you have to move the "Desktop Settings" window to the bottom of the screen to force the combobox to open upwards.
