[PATCH] Picture navigation for the frame plasmoid

Hi

I updated a bit the patch:
Now the [Previous] [Next] labels are both shown and the active one is
highlighted. Maybe this is a less confusing behavior.

Tell me if this is more acceptable from an ergonomic point of view or if
another direction should be taken.
