[BKO] Ideas to ameliorate the workflow of the bugs reports for plasma

I would like to know if it can be some way to save time for boths
users and devs when they wrote a bug report for plasma in bko.

Is it possible to configure the wizzard so that specific information
are showed to the user when he choose to report a bug in plasma ?

So we can provide a mini-faq at the top on the description wizard page :
- If you report a crash please provide backtrace/Do not report crash
without backtrace, (the link to how provide a backtrace blabla
here...)
- If your bug is graphiccaly viewable, please provide a screenshot,
(the link to how to use ksnapshot here...)
- if your bug is problem with panel resizing, try first to remove the
plasmoids in panel one by one and find the one who trigger the problem
- etc ....
