Elegance plasma theme update: include in 4.1 branch?

Artwork freeze reads more to me as "no new icon theme" or "no new wallpaper 
set" but e.g. we can still add new Oxygen icons to the set, or a new cursor.

However we're already in the RC cycle.
So I'd say yes to the fixes, and unsure about the systray but not because of 
the Artwork freeze but because we're post RC1. I'm more for the commit all 
though... maybe someone can enlighten us?

Btw, it would be great if the elegance developer could just develop his theme 
in SVN, maybe you (or someone) can contact him to ask him so?
