incorrect taskbar entry width when closing

BUG that I like, thus kind of WISH.

when I open app A I get

AAAAAAA

in taskbar, I launch B and I get

AAAAAAA BBBBBBB

I close B and I get

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Well, a bug -- isn't it? But I would rather opt not to fix it! No kidding, rather make it consistent -- i.e. provide that behaviour from the start.

So, the wish is: set minimal width for taskbar entry. Divide whole taskbar width per N (launched) apps, if the size is bigger than minimal use it, if otherwise use minimal.

I think it would be great, with three apps there will be more space to click, there will be more space to show the app name and document name, etc.
